Black Ownership Matters has changed my life and my overall perspective on leadership and mentorship. I can be honest and say that I was having a difficult time moving to that next step, and it was weighing me down. My interactions with my mentors were what changed this feeling around, from helping look for opportunities to helping make the most when those fell into my hand. I learned so much, and I feel like that my mentors are still able to teach more. I have never had a positive and thought-altering experience, and I look forward to increasing my involvement with this organization.
